    Casino Queen is based in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. There are 150 bedrooms and 7 penthouses close-at-hand at the gambling den. The gambling den occupiestwenty-seven thousand five hundred sq.ft. and offers lots of features. Aside from playing, Casino Queen presents a two thousand, five hundred client paddle wheeler, a 140 lot Winnebagotm park and simple access to MetroLink light-rail station.
